House Rules

  • Check-in after 14h00
  • Self-check-in with lockbox is available. Code will be provided on the day of arrival
  • Checkout before 10h00 (STRICTLY). This is to allow the cleaning crew to prepare the rooms for next guests
  • No parties/Loud Music or events are allowed
  • No noise after 22:00. Be considerate of your fellow guests
  • No smoking is allowed inside the house
  • Regrettably, pets cannot be accommodated
  • Please note, facilities at B&O's Place are shared between guests
  • Only guests that have been booked for are allowed to sleep over
  • Guest's visitors must be kept to the minimum and must not park under the carport. This is to keep parking available for paying guests
  • The property is equipped with security cameras
